Tips on how to avoid mouth odour ( halitosis)

More than 80million people suffer from halitosis(bad Breath) which originates from the gum and the tongue in most cases.It can be embarrassing but it can be prevented in the following ways;
1-Brush Ur teeth twice a day,in the morning after eating and at night before retiring to bed.
2-Floss regularly after eating to remove food debris n plaques that causes bad breath.
3-make use of mouth rinse,bearing in mind that if u already have chronic halitosis,it is only relieve it at the moment.
4-Visit a dentist/Dental nurse as is the best way to satisfy that Ur teeth is healthy.
5-Avoid Smoking,Alcohol and sugary substance.
6.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables including sugarless candy as it helps the flow of saliva that washes away food debris and plaque.
7-Drink enough water,and rinse Ur mouth when necessary.
